The Fairmont was everything we were expecting and more. It's well built, clean lines and the corderoy texture is perfect. It's always a worry buying furniture online but this Fairmont 3 pc not only well built and looks great, it sits well and every in the home loves the texture. As for the professional delivery they were AWESOME!! They were friendly, quick, and made sure everything was to our liking before they left. They are truly a 5 star white glove team!! Came missing legs and Wayfair was unable to send them so refunded part of the purchase. So then we had to buy legs. And then the recliner broke.

Shopped around at all the Big Box stores looking for a sofa lounge that had what we wanted but couldn't just find one so we came home and went online to browse more selection and we found it on Wayfair! We ordered it hoping it would be what we wanted and it was and more! Great color, comfort and texture! Thanks Wayfair!

Easy to assemble. Comfortable cushions. Reclining chaise and the adjustable angle of the head rests are the best parts of the sofa. Item is accurate to the descriptions. Item was unable to deliver with the automatic option of ground delivery so the chat agent recommended cancelling the order. I cancelled and reordered. Second attempt was unsuccessful. Third attempt was only successful due to the helpful customer service agent on the help line. He informed me that dimensions didn’t allow shipping with ground so he resolved the issue immediately.

Great delivery. Well made, comfortable. The adjustable head rests do seem less durable than I had hoped and I fear they will fail sooner than later, but overall a good deal for the money.
