The quality far exceeded my expectations, the wood is not only beautiful it is heavy and most definitely exceptional quality, The fabric is a very heavy material that should last a long time. This was quite the surprise when I received this set of two barstools. As you can see, it’s a braided rope for the back rest and one would think that would be uncomfortable to sit upon. But it is not, the back of the chair is low and hits your lower to mid back. The seat has plenty of cushion and one could sit for hours comfortably on the chair. If you were to use it in your breakfast nook, you would not have any issue with it at all. I highly recommend these barstool chairs.
