Tabouret de bar et de comptoir rembourré avec base en métal Fellman

I was so looking forward to receiving these barstools. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of buying open box after speaking to a Wayfair agent. She told me if anything was wrong with them, to let them know, and they would replace it or send what I needed. She said they were inspected and were known to be fine. Before shipping them out. These were straight leg stools, yet angled feet, came with them, which did not work at all. It was obviously the bottoms they sent go to angled chairs and not these barstools. Upon opening the second box, the backs of the two chairs are totally different. Same color, but one was a tall back like I ordered, and the other one was a short back. I called Wayfair to complain, and thought they could send me the right back to the chair, but I was told I just would have to box it all up and ship it back. They do not have any replacement parts or cannot send anything to me because I got these on sale. Even though they sell the full price on their website, I thought perhaps they could send me a tall back. So, first time I’ve been so upset with Wayfair. Here I am, 72 old woman, having to box these large barstools up, haul them to FedEx, and ship them back. Luckily, they are paying for the shipping back. Will not risk open box purchase again.

Easy to put together and very sturdy and comfortable...Love them!!!

I love the feel and the comfort! I ordered black. They look brown to me. Not sure they will work based on that

Nice clean look, very comfortable. I thought they were relatively difficult to put together. Need two people for sure.
