Base de futon Fiora

What a disappointment!! First off this futon is not black it is brown. Very brown. And it is actually dangerous to fold and unfold. It is not user friendly at all. Have almost hurt myself badly. Would have returned it but it would have cost me $ and the boxes had already been thrown out. It is a sturdy piece but not worth the possibility of getting hurt. And it is not black!!

Instructions hard to follow and pieces labeled wrong.

Frame came in three separate packages, all delivered over the span of a week by FedEx to the wrong address. Challenging assembly made more difficult by mislabeled parts, but after four hours of frustration, the futon looks great. Solid frame, relatively easy to maneuver. This is a replacement for an older (20 year old) Strata, and the design has clearly been improved.

Its always hard to tell when you buy online exactly what you are getting. But I have bought from Wayfair before with complete satisfaction so I decided to buy the Futon Frame. The quality is as good and the frame looks terrific.

Very nice and sturdy. It’s just like the picture.
