Chair came out of box defective. The reclining aspect does not work. Needed that feature, was important to us.

This recliner arrived in a large square box that was a little heavy but more awkward due to it being a large cube. FedEx left it on the sidewalk in the rain. Luckily my boys retrieved it quickly because the chair comes in two pieces only wrapped in thin cloth. The listing photos do not accurately represent the color which in this case is more of a creamy very light gray than white. The fabric is that of a furry stuffed animal. At first glance, I was a little taken aback as I did not expect that. However, everyone that sees it is intrigued and then astounded by the comfort. This chair is by far the most comfortable recliner I have ever sat on. The unique barrel shape hugs you when the side pillows are in place and the support is amazing in the seat and back. The fabric is still growing on me, but this chair is definitely a winner! Just get it!

Well packed and delivered in a few days from purchase. It is a very light grey and extremely soft. It came in 2 parts no directions needed but they were provided. I will say the reason for me to give 4 stars is that the fabric already is showing signs of matting down. Also is is a bit difficult to put down the foot rest when done. I think it is because it swivels and rocks. Recliner is a bit difficult to push all the way back due to the soft corduroy material. Your hands slip in the arms. Hopefully this will become easier with use. It is well built and very soft and comfortable. Back is long enough to rest head without it hanging back. The pillows aren’t really necessary but a nice touch.

Absolutely perfect for what I needed! It’s firm and supportive as well! Super easy to put together! I did get the 3 year warranty just incase after reading the reviews on the reclining feature but so far works without any issues at all!
