Upholstered Reclining Curved Sectional Symmetrical

Zero Stars! WHAT A JOKE! Don’t think about getting a deal here. Nothing, but problems. Bought a 5 piece sectional sofa on 4/1/25. Wanted the brown leather, but showed unavailable. Ordered the gray instead. 4 of the 5 pieces in brown showed up some time later, but pleased it was the brown. Good quality. Called and let them know there should have been 5 pieces. Was assured the shipment was complete. Finally convinced them to send out the missing piece, brown again which was good, but wrong piece. Called again and assured me they would send the right piece the 2nd time. Wrong piece again, but right color. Called again and they assured me they would send the right piece when it was available. Finally came today 7/21/25. Guess what, wrong piece again. They have refunded me around $1100 on a $3000 spend, but still nearly 4 months later. Assured me the next one will be correct. Fingers crossed. Now I have 3 pieces that I don’t need or have space for and then asked me to have it hauled off as trash. Those services don’t exist in my area without cost. Now they’ve agreed to haul it off for me, but we’ll see. This place is literally a joke. Just buy it from a reputable company and be done with it. Just got the 5th delivery and assured it was the right piece. Wrong again. 5 months. This is ridiculous. Too bad it’s a nice couch at least what I got. Going out of business soon.

Couch is fine. When I ordered this 5 piece sectional I expected 5 pieces to come in but only 4 came in. I have been going round and round for months with wayfair trying to get my final freaking piece and have had zero success. Don’t ever buy a couch from wayfair.
