I purchased 2 of these (one for shoes and one for books). I set the second up without directions but the first one had a few trial and errors because the directions were kind of weird. Shelf is heavy, feels stable, looks good! Both arrived with slight manufacture damage (minimal chipping on the corners, so I took one star off). Otherwise I love these!

Beautiful, sturdy, heavy enough to feel substantial but still easy to move, they fit perfectly, measurements were spot on!

I’m giving this bookcase 3 stars or a B- grade. Aesthetically (from a distance), it’s nice, but there are a few downsides that are worth noting there are over 20 externally facing screws that need to be covered by white (or wood colored) circular stickers. In order for the stickers to be even remotely successful, the screws need to be flush with the board that you’ve screwed it into, or indented. This can be very difficult if you’re doing it by hand. As a matter of fact, after 20 min of fighting with screws with that little tool, my fingers were red. I ended up using a hammer to get the screws further into the panel when there was too much resistance. This trick worked. Finally, the bookcase is wobbly. It wobbles from side to side even though every screw is tight. Definitely anchor this to the wall if you have kids andor pets.

This is a cute bookcase. I really like the contrast colors. I chose the white with gray. It fit perfectly into the space I wanted. It was a little more difficult to put together than others I have done. The biggest problem is the quality. There are chips at the corners and edges. After I put it together and added stuff on the shelves, it is hard to see the flaws. Also the little stickers meant to cover the screws would not stay on. Overall it works for me.
