Firm yet Comfortable. Very sturdy and seems durable. Super easy and fast to put together. I love that the back arm rest are adjustable. Fabric feels soft. I gave it 4 stars because one of the boxes came damaged, causing damage to part of furniture. See photos.

Really amazing. I love it. It's firm and I want it firm. And lots of storage space. Only problem they didn't delivered my apartment. I'm living 2nd floor and they left 1st floor. I have to carry 9 boxes by myself with injured shoulder.

Great concept once it’s mounted looks amazing! Very comfortable. Great buy. Had few hiccups at the beginning, the color of the ivory chenille, I thought it would have more light brown beige to it, it’s more like a camel color, a greyish beige color. Too dark for my liking! just FYI, it’s not like the pics on their site, I made it work by arranging some of the decor adding more camel greyish color decor! At arrival, One of the ottoman had a hole, after communicating with Wayfair and the manufacture, Wayfair and their manufacture and staff were great and it’s in the process of getting replace, hopefully will arrive soon! Another information it only comes with 4 backing and 2 armrest. If you have small children for safety I would recommend to install back and armrest. Extra armrest and backrest are on sale at the Wayfair site for additional add-ons. Which for me it’s not a biggie, it’s just a choice. But overall customer service, manufacturers prompt response, overall how the sectional looks, feel, comfort I give it a 5 star. I only gave a 4 star because of the issue of the color I was on the impressions it was exactly like the pictures, and the hole on the ottoman an inconvenient which it would be replaced, but even with all the hiccups, it didn’t deterred me to return because of how comfy it was and the great service I had with Wayfair and their manufactures, and their commitment making sure your happy with your purchased, their care, resolutions to the situation, everything overall.

Not what we ordered. Wrong color. The back does not bend as per item description Reached out to Waufair. Not helpful. Will be returning it back.

I like the fabric so far. Amazing couch! Thank you. I have not opened everything yet.
