I purchased two of these chairs for my living room. The color and material are great, as are the bonus features of recline, heat, and massage! Although one chair reclined, the heat and massage mechanism did not work. I reached out to Wayfair customer service and within one week received a replacement chair for free! Excellent product and even better customer service!

What a beautiful addition to our living room. Such a comfortable rocking chair and the ability to charge my iPhone and iPad as I relax is an extra bonus.

Love this chair! Only reason I gave it four stars is I wish it was a bit longer when laid flat but that’s not the company’s fault!
