I love this sofa. I could not be happier with the fabric, cushions etc. The pillows would be so much better if they were actually out of the same sofa fabric. As far as the delivery, a giant box was carried into the house, not opened, no assistance with that. It took two people to open it and the sofa was more than a dozen pieces. It literally had to be built. There was no explanation about that. You would assume that it would be the sofa, ottoman and cushions, but OH NO, it was the legs, the arms the back, the seat. NOTHING was put together. It's a good thing I like the finished product or between the delay in receiving it and being in a dozen pieces I would give this negative stars. That said, the sofa is great.

Terrible. Do not buy! Within about a month the middle makes a creaking and snapping sound when someone sits there and the chaise has a nice arch to it due to the primary weight of a person is to the back of the cushion and the foam support has flattened. We’re not large people. Combined with my husband we don’t even total 300 lbs. And don’t get me started on the inability to get stains out of the fabric! Run from this couch!!

We were apprehensive to purchase a sofa online, but this piece is so comfortable and looks great in our family room.

I love this couch. It is beautiful, firm but comfortable, and was easy to put together.
