Loving my couches. I’ll agree the backrest is a little stiff, but it is wearing down little by little to be quite comfortable. My one critique is not even the couches fault. My cats love to scratch the arm rest, and the couch is very easily torn. Every contact with a claw drags out a long string from the couch. Not very durable in that sense. But overall amazing couches. I also only paid for drop off and I would assemble. The delivery guys brought them right in where I wanted them and assembled them for me. Honestly cheaper to tip the delivery guys for the assembly than to purchase it.
