Very sturdy, pull out sleeper portion is super easy to use. I was definitely pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price.

White Glove DeliverySet up service in Columbus, Ohio area was a total joke! Purchased sectional, bedroom set and TV console as our son was moving in from out of state and I worked hard to coordinate this all for the same daytime for him. Delivery team was supposed to call a half hour prior when they were on their way which they never did. Furniture was being delivered to our son’s new build home and doorbell not yet working which we didn’t know about. Driver told Wayfair they rang the doorbell but they never knocked nor called to let us know they were there waiting although they told the Wayfair rep they did. It was Friday afternoon and they wanted to be done I believe! Finally got a call from Wayfair but only they were gone already and they refused to turn them around to come back although it was only maybe 10 minutes after they left that they called. Wayfair did nothing for us except to reschedule to a later day which was inconvenient to accommodate. Wayfair was very indifferent and basically treated it as it was our fault. I called to talk to a manager about this and they said they would do an investigation and get back to me and they never did. When spending 4000 on furniture you expect better!

The sofa is fabulous. It's as large as our bed when pulled out and so comfortable! It's easy to pull out and put up and the storage place is very roomy. The only issue I had was with delivery. I received half of the sofa and it took another 3 weeks to get the other half. Communication was terrible. First I was told it was delivered. Then given one date and time, waiting and waiting just to be told it was not coming. I will not order another thing from Wayfair that doesn't come in one package.
