PROS: - Looks nice - High quality metal legs and electronic components - Comes with cable management hardware - Other hardware seem like good quality, the screws don't seem to be prone to stripping as some build-it-yourself kits do. - The height adjustment mechanism has very smooth movement CONS: - NOT solid wood, at least not the 60"x30" variation. It is quite clearly MDF with veneer. - Highly visible blemishes. The smallest scratches stand out is stark constrast thanks to the dark venner on top of very light MDF - No pre-drilled holes. You must measure out straight, evenly-placed, optimal places to pre-drill your own holes to screw the legs in place COMMENTS: I want to love this product. After it's finally constructed, the feels like good quality; the legs are extremely heavy, the mechanical action is smooth, the final construction is incredibly stable with no wobble whatsoever. Despite my complaint about the desktop material, currently there's no noticable flex or structural issue despite being MDF. However, I'm knocking off one star because it's quite clearly MDF, NOT solid wood as repeatedly advertised. The description talks about how the 48"x30" has a solid bamboo core, and maybe that's true, but the 60"x30" I bought is MDF, and there's no mention of that in the listing. If I'm going to pay $800, I expect it to actually be solid wood as listed. Additionally, because it's dark veneer on light MDF, scratches stand out with insane contrast. The tiniest scuff or scratch shines through, and I'm sure this extremely thin veneer will eventually wear off with friction to expose wide swaths of light core material. Then, I'm knocking off a second star because there are no pre-drilled holes, and no 1:1 scale template for suggested hole placement. I'm handy, I can get the holes even and straight, the final assembly is rock solid due in part to my confidence with power tools. However, I'm left to stress whether I've put the legs in the right place as they're adjustable in width. Are they too far apart? Will my table sag eventually because there's less support in the middle? Sure I could unscrew the legs and move them in closer to the center, but then I've got a bunch of holes in the bottom of the desk. Will I see them? No, but all this uncertainty could have been solved if a 1:1 scale paper template was provided for suggested pre-drilled hole placement. In short, do not buy this product if you're looking for a 60" solid wood desk because you will get veneer + MDF, OR if you're not handle with power tools as you will need to drill your own holes and align the legs yourself without any template to help you.

i have had this desk for several months now. just perfect for my multiple computers which weigh quite a bit. height adjusting is so easy, quick and smooth. it is attractive as well !
