Its fabric is soft to the touch. I love everything except the lower half of the chair. That cushion did not regain its shape. Not in an hour, two or three days. Im going try and get a replacement. Its very flat on the right side.

Total bait and switch the cushion is split down middle. Comes shrink wrapped and never expanded. Waiting to hear back on resolution but expect this will will go back for full refund and they will need to pick up I kept the boxes but no way to put cushion back in. Here are pictures item clearly misrepresented and defective. Do not buy. Btw these pictures are taken 3 days after opening so don’t let them tell you it a day to expand as it never will. Completely dissatisfied in product and hassle.

Love this couch! It’s big enough for 3 people comfortably. I just wish it was a little more thick on the mattress. However, love it overall! It has both a usb and usbc charging port.
