Update call customer service and said the replacement part is on the way. That was first week of December. It’s 2021 now, so yeah i am sure I’m not getting the replacement part. Poor customer service. Will never buy from Wayfair again.and will tell all my friends and family not to buy from wayfair again. There are awkward gaps where the backboard and side board connects... looks good but quality is not there... just gonna use it as is for now since i got it cheap...

IT'S NOTHING LIKE WHAT I SAW IN PICS AND ORDERED. WAS HAPPY THAT THE PRODUCT HAS FIREPLACE..BUT WAS NOTHING TO WHAT I SAW ..NO FIREPLACE.
