The chair arrived and a screw fell out of the package when unwrapped. Of course this was found out after the chair is almost fully assembled. Wayfair did not ship spare parts but told me they would not rebate me for the additional dis and reassembly. Very disappointed in their customer service and how long it is taking to get spare parts. Sitting on the floor currently as I had already gotten rid of my prior seating arrangement. Ugh..

It was a little hard to put together, but it was a surprise gift for Hubby, and I helped him put it together. there was a slight tare in the bottom, Hubby said it was stretched to tight, and it was low to the ground. but because of our budget and me trying to give him a surprise, he loved it. He thought it was nice, just hope it holds up.
