The product is much bigger than I expected it to be despite measuring to see if it would work in my space. It was incredibly difficult to put together, nothing was labeled and the instructions were just pictures that didn’t make it clear what the correct side or orientation of the piece was. Once built it rolled out on my carpet smoothly, but once I put items in the drawers it now gets caught on the rug and doesn’t work at all. Would not recommend unless only using on hardwood and not planning on storing much in the drawers.

I have purchased several pieces of furniture from you before. I never had any problems with the assembly and some of them had drawers as well as multiple levels. I will never buy a piece of furniture from you again that has to be put together. It took 3 days to finish the project. Only 2 boards, out of the thirtysome, were numbered or marked. None of the hardware was marked, just a bag full of all different sizes of things. It took an hour to separate all the parts and label them (something that is usually done for the customer at the factory, Both my wife and I cut our fingers multiple times on the drawer runners, (no warnings of sharp edges). As for the instructions, they were just pictures. No top or bottom was notated. The video offered was just the same pictures, animated. I have never seen any instructions that didn't have written instructions to follow. We were forced to disemble parts of complete work and do it over again differently, to find the right way. This project was given two stars, only because we are happy with the finished product, otherwise we would have found a way to give it a zero.

Great quality for the price, but quite difficult to put together! The instructions aren't the most detailed and I had to take things apart and put them back together when I got it wrong, but otherwise very happy with it!

100 pure wood very heavy very reliable
