Kiados 3 - Piece Upholstered Sectional

I’m giving this couch three stars due to horrible customer service on the manufacturers part and wayfairs. I ordered this couch March 3rd it arrived March 28th and at first I thought it was great, comfy and spacious. The same day I realized the frame of the couch on the right side which holds the leg is broken. The wood was completely snapped and you can hear it. I have been going back-and-forth between the manufacturer and Wayfair since march 29th the day it was delivered. At first I was offered 15% back or they would send me a kit with the wood piece to repair the inside of the couch and the leg . I asked the manufacturer not to be rude or condescending How does one cut open a couch and repair the frame with the kit you are providing they never responded sent me back to Wayfair. Wayfair than offered me 30% back or a new couch, now going back-and-forth having provided photos and speaking to someone on the phone previously I had already said I just wanted the new piece for the one that was broken. I didnt want a whole new couch I’m not looking to scam anyone or take advantage of anything just the part that’s broken. I don’t even need the pillows just the frame. Wayfair decided to tell me that they’re sending me new legs after again explaining all of this in an email. Finally after calling and speaking to someone who is helpful They are now finally sending out the new section of the couch. I have never seen Wayfair drop the ball like this. I’ve ordered products from them from before and have never had a problem. This really was a nightmare this time.

I am so obsessed with my couch and the quality! Also so glad to see that I got it on sale, now that it’s closer to $2000, then the the $1300 I paid for it. It was bigger then I had expected, but it’s super comfy and I’m actually obsessed with it! It also was supposed to be delivered around March 11 and it came a month early and it was delivered early February

it was great for like two months.. but the material has pilled, I constantly need to fuzzy shave.. and the supports under the cushions are sagging, pretty disappointed.
