The piece looks great but arrived with a small tear in the fabric. The delivery box had a big gash which corresponded to the location of the fabric tear. There is essentially no internal protective packaging which could have prevented this. Update: After contacting customer service, a replacement was sent, arrived in much better packaging and was in perfect condition. Appreciated the ease of dealing with customer service.

This is a great storage bench for the end of a bed. I use it to hold my bedspreads and heavy quilts. I had the exact same one for about 18 years and after moving around the country several times, it had gotten damaged. I was happy to find a duplicate on Wayfair at a very good price. I would definitely recommend this item.
