Bought the set and it arrived quickly by a team that professionally took care of set up. Completely met my expectations.

We got this matching set for our basement and love it so far! Backs are nice and high which is something we found more difficult to find when we were shopping for furniture. The color is very nice and leather is soft. It shipped faster than expected and was delivered without incident. The delivery company brought it to our room of choice and disposed of all the packaging .

I ordered this sofa thinking it was a great price for a 2 pc set. However, the loveseat in the main product photo is NOT included and must be ordered separately. Even so, I am very happy with the sofa, so far. The color is a beautiful caramel. The sofa is sturdy, looks well-made and has a slight aroma of leather. This sofa has "matching leather," and I can tell by the feel of the leather texture which parts are real leather and which are matching faux leather. The real leather is actually softer to the touch. The reclining seats lay way back and at 5'6" my heels come almost to the end of the foot rest, so a taller person should get decent leg support. The seats are very comfortable - even better than my old beloved reclining sofa. The white glove delivery included was awesome. The delivery ppl called me 40 mins out to let me know exactly when they'd arrive. They were on time and set up the sofa exactly where I wanted it. I'd recommend this item! Will update if satisfaction level changes over time, but I don't anticipate any issues.
