It’s a solid desk for the money paid. I hate that the drawers don’t pull out completely, and that is a complete design flaw! I purchased it because it was black and fit in my space perfectly because of a heat register.

Perfect size for our space. Instructions very easy to follow. Just got together last week but was worth the money so far.

The reason why I chose this desk was because it had 2 filing cabinet drawers. The problem is the drawers do not open all the way. We thought there was a problem with the way we put it together and started taking it apart thinking we did something wrong. We even went out and bought new slides, but they were too thick and didn't work either. It really does take at least 5 hours to put together. If you don't care that none of the drawers open all the way, then it's ok. I don't understand the reasoning behind having drawers only open half way. This information should be listed in the specifications. I certainly would not ever purchase it again, but we are using it for now.
