While the product I’m happy with the service between you, folks and federal express is absolutely atrocious and uncalled for I called multiple times and spoke with both Wayfair and Federal Express about having my item rescheduled with delivery not once but twice I spoke to a live person and I was assured that the items would be rescheduled to tomorrow May 16 not today, May 15. It is highly unlikely that I will ever purchase any more items from Wayfair.
