Bad product, quality poor and not easy to install

We spent 3 days trying to put this together. Unsuccessfully I called and had to have Angie’s List (through Wayfair) and pay 189 to come out to finish the assembly. Friday was a no show. I called back and they resent out someone today. He was here 2 12 hours and this is what he left me with. The hatch door is on backwards and only one hydraulic lift installed. He wanted me to finish the rest or they would charge me extra

Make sure you Check the dimensions because the square table in the middle is bigger than I anticipated, and it filled up a whole room, but the quality was decent and pleased with the product itself

I ran into issues with this assemble which was some what solved with 20 discount from seller. I am using it for time being due to Christmas. Otherwise I would have gotten rid of it. Pros In general bed is ok for a toddler to use. The bed frame is padded and low. Perfect for a kid to get up and down. Cons I absolutely dislike the storage box with this unit. It is huge with a super flimsy base and lids. To put it to any use, you will have to buy new base and reinforce lids. I wish company would make box smaller but firmer. I am not using the box and did not build second bed because of that. I have built one bed and a trundle. I also had to buy head frame because the sides of the storage box are basically headboards and I decided not to lift a gigantic flimsy storage box up in the air as per design instructions. The bed is big for a twin mattress and small for X-Large twin mattress. So you will have a gap all around it. I got fillers for the head side and a thick head board to make it work for time being. My take away is not to buy large furniture pieces and heavy stuff online. Go to your local furniture store and make purchase. They come out, fit everything for you. If something goes wrong they would resolve on spot. This purchase from Wayfair caused me a lot of headache, back ache and frustration. Wayfai

Would have been a dream for these boys to have a great bed separate but together but it is too big for my room and I had to send it back. I think Wayfair could be a little more helpful with size and mattresses. It was beautiful and I am disappointed I had to get a different smaller bed.
