This armoire looks really good in my basement. I used it to uplift my basement recreation room. It has lots of room and fits in all my large family’s coats. I’m impressed

I ordered three items from Wayfair, and one of them was stuck “in transit” in the same location for over a week. When the package finally arrived, it was in terrible condition. The box was completely destroyed and covered in excessive tape just to keep it together. When I opened it, the Styrofoam packaging inside was also completely destroyed, meaning none of the pieces were properly protected. As a result, several parts were broken and warped. After assembling the cabinet, it was clearly crooked due to the damage. Because I didn’t open the item until about 30 days after delivery, Wayfair refused to issue a refund or send a replacement—even after I provided photos clearly showing the damage and poor packaging. This was extremely frustrating, especially given how obvious the damage was upon arrival. Between the shipping delays, inadequate packaging, and lack of customer support, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering large or fragile items based on this experience
