99 preassembled, good. Easy-stico Velcro for back cushions, good. Beautiful, good. But seating is smaller than I expected I didnt realize couches werent a uniform seat depth. Also, seat cushions are very stiff perhaps theyll last forever and get softer as time goes on. All in all I wouldve given 5 stars if it hadnt been for FedExs (rates 1.055 by the BBB) 4 day delayed shipping from Wayfairs estimate. Use a different shipping company, Wayfair.

This couch while very pretty, is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture we have ever sat on. Park benches are more comfortable! It is advertised as medium firmness per the firmness meter icon on the product page, but it is FAR from that. When we tried to return it, Wayfair said WE need to pay the return shipping for a couch they misrepresented! Since we are now stuck with a couch we hate, we will not only not be shopping Wayfair again, we are telling friends and family to forgo Wayfair products as well
