Well delivery was prompt and on time. Over all the chair is very nice and as a Content Creator who spends 12-15hrs at my Gaming PC doing Creator Content and playing games as well, so this is extremely comfortable, but sadly the second day I went to use the recliner function and it didn't work when I went to unlock it to bring it back up. Not a very good first experience as well I have a very nice chair but sadly only lasted a day. Hope this can be resolved A.S.A.P. or Replaced and be sent overnite delivery, WE'LL SEE. WOULD OF GOTTEN A 5 STAR BUT RECLINER BROKE AFTER ONE DAY IS NOT GOOD.

The chair does not have 6 vibration points and no heat. Really looks I got taken for a ride.

This chair is great! The vibration is a big plus. Very comfortable,

Amazing chair for about three years then the arm fell off the back bent and no longer goes upright. The cords constantly tangled in the feet. Works as advertised though

Very poor quality. Broke within the first year and I hurt my wrist when it fell. Wish I'd kept my 10 year old lazy boy.
