Missing Part — Disappointed With the Lack of a Reasonable Resolution I purchased the Mauppin Metal Platform Bed with Vintage Circular Design Headboard by Latitude Run and, in the interest of being completely transparent, the bed remained unopened in storage for well over a year before I was finally able to assemble it in my new home. When I opened the original packaging and began putting the bed together, I discovered that a required component was missing. The instructions call for parts G1 and G2. My package included G1, but G2 was never included. I contacted Wayfair hoping for assistance and was informed that their policy requires missing parts to be reported within 30 days of delivery. I understand that I am well outside of that timeframe, and I take responsibility for not opening and inspecting the package sooner. However, I also believe there should be some reasonable consideration for situations like this. Products are sometimes purchased well in advance, placed in storage, or purchased as gifts and may not be assembled immediately. Most importantly, I am not asking for a refund, a replacement bed, or reimbursement. I am simply trying to obtain a part that should have been included with the product I originally purchased. After Wayfair was unable to provide the missing component, I attempted to locate the manufacturer so that I could contact them directly and purchase or request G2 myself. Unfortunately, I have also had difficulty obtaining usable manufacturer contact information, leaving me with a nearly complete bed that I cannot properly assemble because of one missing piece. My advice to anyone purchasing furniture from Wayfair is to open the package immediately and verify every single part against the assembly instructions—even if you do not intend to assemble the furniture for months. Read the fine print and understand the missing-parts policy, because once that window passes, you may have very limited options even when the issue is something that originated with the contents of the package. I understand that companies need policies and deadlines. What disappoints me is the lack of flexibility or an alternative solution in a situation where I am not asking the company to absorb the cost of an entire product. I just want the missing G2 component so I can actually use the bed I paid for. The bed itself is beautiful, which honestly makes this even more frustrating. I would have loved to leave a review based on the finished product, but I cannot fully assemble or use it as intended because the package was incomplete. I hope Wayfair or Latitude Run can reconsider and help me locate the manufacturer or obtain the missing G2 part.

LOVE this bed, perfect in the room

When I opened this today to assemble first thing I noticed is that the package with the bolts was open and bolts were all over. The middle slats(f) are pc varying lengths. Some longer than others. This prevents me from being able to use all of them. I am short teo b olts(p). And the end slats close to the head and foot are both the same length but yet both will not fit between the sides (c and d). I cannot assemble properly.

I Love it! Very sturdy! Now its time to buy a mattress. Cant wait to get it all put together. I5 was quick to arrive too!
