It was easy for me to put together alone. It looks great and is comfortable. It is plenty wide but fits perfectly in the room. And all the lift, massage and heat features work great. Im happy with my purchase.

I was disappointed. The chair is not well cushioned, especially on the food rest. Very little lumbar support. The massage feature is more like a loud vibration…. Loud as in annoying. Would not buy again; nor recommend. Will do furniture shopping at a store from now on… @ $800 it was an expensive mistake.

I have shopped with Wayfair before and I have had great service and products and once again came through with great products, delivery, pricing and install. Thanks

This chair is really comfortable! It was easy to assemble and it's easy to operate. While I don't use the lift or massage functions, the heating function is great.
