Arrived damaged with one of the hinges completely busted and unusable. Further inspection revealed that each hinge is held on by a small drywall screw into the particle board. The hinges that were still attached were loose and could not be tightened because they just freely spin in the cheap particle board. Looks nice on the outside but would not last. Wayfair does not make returns easy and they push you to the manufacturer.

Came damaged. Dented, scratched, and one of hinges loose and can’t be tightened because it’s stripped. Had option to return, replace or get a percentage back monetarily. I have no way of getting the item in a car and brought to a UPS store to return or exchange, so I had to keep it and take the small percentage back. The cost for this was so darn high that the percentage returned should have been much more money. Very disappointed because it is a beautiful piece with great storage and if it wasn’t dented, scratched, and only one side being able to open well, I would have given 5 stars for sure. Just my luck. So bummed with Wayfair and the company Latitude Run.
