Delivery for this product was awful. Once it got picked up by FedEx, I got notified of delivery twice without the product actually arriving. When it did arrive, it was smashed up and damaged. Just opening the box made such a mess because the styrofoam was so smashed. Very disappointed overall. We spent over 1000$ on furniture and it was not worth the headache.

I got this bookcase for my daughter's room. She is a book lover and it fit perfectly. Exactly what she was looking for. I assembled it. It took few hours. The box was delivered by FedEx and came a bit damaged so I was afraid that it might be damage inside but it wasn't as it was very nicely packed.

Very nice, clean line storage! I ordered this unit to sit on top of lower cabinets in my laundry room (10’ ceiling). It fits perfectly and adds an abundance of storage for laundry cleaning supplies. The assembly on this piece has about 45 steps, but fortunately it has a very detailed, precise instruction booklet. The color of this unit is a bright, cool white versus a softer, neutral or warm white. Easy to clean, low maintenance.

Overall I am displeased with the quality of the assembled item for the price paid. There are too many parts that need to fit together and the tolerances needed for proper alignment are just not there. There are several areas where the seams are very visible and annoying. The box of the bookcase parts arrived with one of the long sides partially loose and bulging out (but not open) and the parts inside were no longer neatly stacked and fitted but were tossed about causing multiple items to the chipped and cracked. This heavy, 130 plus pound box had no strap or band around it to prevent this kind of shipping problem. Next, after going through the parts there was about 12 pieces that were damaged: some were minor, some would not show when assembled but 4 pieces were completely unacceptable - right and left side pieces and 2 shelves. I took pictures of the damaged parts and communicated with the manufacturer/supplier through Wayfair. They responded that replacement parts would be sent and when they finally arrived - there was only 3 items and not the 4 requested! Only 1 shelf and not 2. Annoyed and frustrated, I used the least damaged shelf; painted the chipped areas as best as I could to hide the damage. The complete assembled unit is in place; not as enticing as the photo or description but functional.

This is a great bookcase. It took some time to put together so if you can afford to pay for it assembled, I might suggest that. My husband put it together - but it takes two for some of the pieces. But really nice addition to the den.
