After paying almost $2500 for this sectional, it was shipped to us with the majority of the couch missing. The technician arrived a day later to put it together and that’s when we discovered that it’s missing the main part of the sectional. Not only that, the technician was late arriving and after putting what was available together, he sat his sweaty self down on the couch (before we even had a chance to sit on it). When I called customer service about this isssue,, the most they were willing to give me was 10 percent off my next purchase as some form of compensation. This whole experience has been terrible and now I am standing by hoping that this is not a long and drawn out process of making things right and either giving us the product that we paid for or refunding us. I will most likely not be recommending Wayfair to anyone looking to purchase furniture in the future.

This couch is EVERYTHING I hoped for! I hesitated, leaving it in my cart forever, but finally thought, “Why not” And thank goodness I did! It’s stunning, well-made, and comfy. Sure, it’s huge, but my husband and kids refused to let me even think about removing a section. Totally worth the splurge!

The sectional is beautiful and very comfortable — we absolutely love it. The reason for four stars is the shipping experience. Most of the sectional arrived on Friday, with one additional box delivered on Saturday, but the armrests were missing. I contacted Wayfair, who connected me with the manufacturer. They agreed to send the missing parts and marked them as delivered, though they didn’t actually arrive until Tuesday. I appreciate that they were willing to resolve the issue, but the split shipments and unclear delivery communication were a bit frustrating.

Great couch! Was easy to put together and looks great in my family room. Couch came in 11 boxes, 10 delivered one day and the 11th box delivered the next day. Delivery was quicker than expected!
