I LOVE it! Our new media room needed something cozy, large enough for our family and friends, and positioned to fit the space. This sectional meets and exceeds all of those expectations. Just buy it!

Absolutely love this couch! Exceeded my expectations! It is beautiful, easy to assemble, arrived quickly, and is soooo comfortable.

After paying almost $2500 for this sectional, it was shipped to us with the majority of the couch missing. The technician arrived a day later to put it together and that’s when we discovered that it’s missing the main part of the sectional. Not only that, the technician was late arriving and after putting what was available together, he sat his sweaty self down on the couch (before we even had a chance to sit on it). When I called customer service about this isssue,, the most they were willing to give me was 10 percent off my next purchase as some form of compensation. This whole experience has been terrible and now I am standing by hoping that this is not a long and drawn out process of making things right and either giving us the product that we paid for or refunding us. I will most likely not be recommending Wayfair to anyone looking to purchase furniture in the future.
