I absolutely love this sofa! The built in shelves are sturdy and good quality. The sofa is firm but comfortable. Only “complaint” is the back cushions were on the flat side. I ordered a bag of cushion filling and it did the trick. Overall it is on the easier side to assemble. I did it myself. My dogs love it too :)

Comfortable, but it is SMALL. Low back. Whole a wonderful ‘stretch out’ couch, not ideal at all for everyday use.
