I was so excited to receive this bed frame. The color and style was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed in the purchase. The wood is already chipping; the directions were vague, mislabeled, and a nightmare to make sense of; and some of the correct hardware was missing. I ordered a replacements and after close to two weeks they finally arrived. They sent me a lot of other pieces, which is such a waste when all I needed was the hardware. You can imagine to my surprise that the replacement hardware was also incorrect. Thankfully, I was able to find similar hardware at a local hardware retailer and finally got the entire bed assembled. It’s unlikely I’ll return to buy furniture from the manufacturer or seller again.

Directions felt like steps were out of order. Took us literally an entire day to assemble. Lots of parts did not have premade holes when the directions directly said there were. The drawers do not slide well on the tracks. Some pieces were mislabeled with multiple markings which made steps even more confusing. Overall, very disappointed with this product beginning to end. Looks and feels cheap - would not be surprised if it breaks within a few weeks….

The directions for this product were really, really bad. The hardware was mislabeled in the instructions and one piece had 2 different labels identifying it. It felt like it was cheaply made as we were building it. And it was really frustrating but we worked through it and surprisingly, in the end, we really like it. It looks like it’s made of better quality than it really is.

Very poor quality. Many pieces don’t fit well. Drawers don’t work well. Pieces weren’t marked correctly. Some screws missing. Had to create holes where some of the screws were supposed to go.

The headboard had holes in the front ( my kid covered with stickers). The drawers do not slide on a track. They look terrible pushed in. The bed came in like 200 pieces, directions were not correct. This is just made so cheaply. I should have known, you get what you pay for.
