Purchased as a sofa table and it's just a tad high for that purpose. It is a solid piece, the legs in particular are very heavy. I would recommend two-person assembly, although I was able to do it myself with minimal assistance from my husband (carrying it inside, lifting the table top into place and moving it into it's final position). Color is accurate and it definitely feels sturdy once assembled. Overall, pleased with the purchase. I did take a star off for the finish being a little uneven on the interior of one of the legs and a scratch in the top (which I most likely caused myself durning assembly).
