The two star review isn’t really for the chair, I really like the chair. It’s very comfortable and simple to assemble. The low review is because of the delivery. I’m not a big fan of FedEx anyway. It was a Sunday deliver, I head the truck, before I got out the door the driver had rolled the box out of the truck, rolled it up the drive and pulled away. As a result of this handling the box was broken and two small scuffs were put on the chair. Thankfully they are in areas that aren’t easily seen. While assembling the chair I discovered one of the brackets was installed upside down. Easy to fix except they had stripped one of the star nuts. Again I was able to fix that. Not real happy!
