This ottoman is wonderful! The material is soft and the design adds character to my living. It is very large, which we love. I bought it separately from the matching living room set (cuddle chair, couch, loveseat). I am very pleased with this purchase and am so glad we got this piece to complete the look.

The ottoman is very nice, the customer service not so much. When I purchased the Parchment color ottoman, they sent me the charcoal colored one. I had to send it back, not easy with such a big box, and getting it to a fed ex to ship it. Then they sent refund so I could repurchase the one I needed. It took several days of back and fourth to get the shipping label to send it back, they offered me a discount to buy the next ottoman but they never would send the discount code. I'm pretty disappointed in wayfairs customer service on this one.
