I absolutely love this sectional however I was displeased to see I received an ottoman in place of my cuddler chair. I received an email from Wayfair that “part” of my order was delivered however when I went to track the other “part” it shows the whole order as delivered. After submitting a complaint it shows that it will take 2 days to get any help to resolve the issue. I’m sure it will all be worth it in the end because as I said the sectional exceeded my expectations so I’m sure the chair will as well (if I ever get it) but it’s very frustrating the process it’s taking to receive the items I ordered
