I appreciated very much that it came already assembled. It looks nice in my space and seems to be of good quality.

Very nicely built. Very sturdy. Will definitely buy another bookcase if I ever need one. I stained mine but it looks great even without the stain.

This shelf is really sturdy and beautiful, even in the unfinished option. I love having a shelf that's solid wood, including in the back - so many shelves these days have cheap plywood backing instead. I really appreciated that it was delivered fully assembled, however, I had to make some significant adjustments to the shelf heights. The proportions were flipped from what they should have been - the lowest shelf was the shortest, and it wouldn't even fit standard, small paperback books. I unscrewed each individual shelf to change the heights, so that the lowest shelf could fit taller, heavier books like textbooks. After I did that, space was a little cramped for shelf height on each of the others. At the very top shelf, I could fit some slightly taller books than I could in the middle shelves after adjusting, but I realized that I couldn't remove the ones on the sides of that shelf easily because of the sloped arc design at the top. Seems nice aesthetically, but it's actually pretty impractical. I might have to rearrange things with the shelf heights yet again so that I can put those slightly taller books lower down and have the shortest books at the top to get around that arc. But it's a little bit tricky because I think the top shelf automatically gets a little extra room because it's at the top, and moving the middle shelves to try to gain that space lower down might make the ones above them too short for normal books. I think that if this shelf were a couple inches taller it would have solved that problem, and if it came assembled with the biggest shelf space on the bottom, it would have been a 5 star review! My pictures are after adjusting the way I described. Last photo shows a book getting stuck trying to remove it.

I love these bookshelves. They are exactly what I wanted. It is hard to find a quality bookcase that meets the dimensions you need, and then be the right stain color. I have a spot that is 62 inches wide so I purchase two of these 30 inch bookshelves unfinished. They are solid. They are not some flimsy thing you put together. The shelves are adjustable, but they are screwed in so they are not going anywhere. I can unscrew and move them if I want to, but I am sure I will not do that. I stained them the exact color I want and I absolutely love them.

False advertising!!! It’s not solid wood. The back is chintzy particle board that splits apart before arriving. Terrible customer service. Wants me to repair this damaged item that I paid good money for. Will not issue me a refund. Don’t buy this item that is inaccurately described.

The quality is great and it comes assembled however the picture they show for what I ordered is of a bigger bookcase than what I received. I thought I was getting the 3 shelves like the picture shows but I received a 2 shelf bookcase.

Very nice bookcase. It exceeded my expectations. The backboard will need a little sanding to remove splinters on the edges, but even with that concern it is still a good value. It’s going to look great after stain is applied. I plan to purchase a second one very soon.

First off, I very rarely give reviews. I am so impressed with the workmanship that went into this bookcase. Every thing is solid wood. I bought the unfinished model so it can be painted. I won’t have to do any sanding at all. It was packed well and came super quick. I am beyond happy with this purchase.

This bookcase is very solid and well built, plus it arrives totally assembled! It was shipped well padded with no scratches or dings, and the delivery was quick as well. I highly recommend this bookcase!

Nice, sturdy bookshelf! We bought it unfinished so we could match it with a piece of furniture we already had. Can’t wait to use it!
