Extremely Stiff, missing pieces and pillows. This looks more comfortable in the pictures and videos and I was looking forward to enjoying this couch for a long time.

Beautiful! I definitely agree with the other reviews that it is quite firm but assuming it will soften up over time.

Love our new couch! Great color, so soft and so easy to pop up the extra piece! A little firm.but like most said its just right and gives us the feel it will hold up over time! Kids love it and so great for movie nights!

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for this! It arrived about a week ago—firm at first, but it softened nicely. The quality is amazing super soft with big, comfy cushions. Assembly was a bit tricky since the legs and cushions were hidden inside the base (we thought parts were missing). The height works great for both me and my husband, though you could add taller legs if you wanted. The top cushion covers are removable for cleaning, but the base is not. We love the pull-out feature—perfect for movie nights or guests. Highly recommend!

This couch is soft to the touch but definitely leans on the firmer side. That being said, I actually prefer it this way because I know it will hold its shape over time and not sag. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase—it feels durable and comfortable for everyday use. Delivery was excellent—on time, smooth, and hassle-free.
