Soft, nice, and comfy couch! It sits low, more like a lounging chair. These pictures are photos of it being out of the box for like two hours.

The couch is comfortable and really nice looking however they sent me two of the same pieces so I’m missing a vital part of the couch. I’ve called several times and it seems I am getting the run around to receive the correct part. Hopefully they can get it all fixed and send the missing piece. The representative I spoke to is doing her best to work it all out so I appreciate her!
