Fauteuil inclinable Power Zero Clearance

I noticed when I put it together, the screws on one arm didnt seem to feel the same way as the other arm. Then pop, all the screws popped out along with metals rings I assume were trying to hold it in. When discussing getting a replacement arm, the vendor stated it wasnt available as they were in the process of upgrading the arms, not surprised. So I wouldnt recommend buying it now. That aside, it was a comfortable chair. However, dont listen to the title of zero clearance it is not zero wall clearance, they state on the description 8 inches from the wall. Not if you want zero gravity. I needed 12 clearance to not hit the wall. For tall people like myself, unfortunately when you lift up, the legrest hits on the calf which is a bit uncomfortable. But overall, if it didnt break, I wouldve kept it. The material is soft and comfortable. But hopefully you dont have to return it. Taking off the back was near impossible, and the instructions dont tell you what to do.
