So far, so bad. When the description says "with foldable mattress", but then they don't include a mattress seem like fraud or false advertising. I am trying to contact customer service to see what can be done, who by the way can only be reached by text.

I really like this Murphy bed. Was easy to put together when it arrived. It did have one damaged part but they got the part out to me within a few days. Slept on it for the first time this weekend mattress harder than I liked, but I’ll just put a topper on it to make it more enjoyable for guest.

It is a high-quality product it’s comfortable to sleep in. It’s a little out of the ground, but that’s OK. I haven’t been able to figure out how to put it back up together because the directions aren’t real clear but I’ll figure it out.
