Packing was poor. After unpacking and assembly, 4 of the cushions had been so tightly packed that 2 of them sustained wrinkled fabric that remained, even after a number of days. The 2 cushions never sprang back into their original shape. I needed to request replacement of those 2. That said, the Wayfair App handled my request easily. With a few clicks the new cushions were on there way to me. Did not need to call customer service. 3. Unfortunately, the new cushions arrived in the same crushed packaging format. Same problem. Same outcome. Sometimes you just can't win. I highly recommend avoiding this product purchase altogether
