I was really excited when I received this until I opened it up and there is scratch marks all over it as if it had been horribly packaged wrong or who knows maybe I received a coffee table that might have been returned

Terrible customer service. Sending back item. Missing part. Support folks cant seem to understand that part is missing. Same item available a thirs of price on their U.S. website.
