I was so unsure about ordering a recliner I hadn't been able to sit in yet but I'm thrilled with my purchase. It did arrive in a GIGANTIC box so I couldn't have unloaded it by myself. My grandson and I put it together in less than 10 minutes (after he carried it in for me). It's SUPER comfortable and I'm very happy!

WHAT I LOVE: This recliner is super comfortable. It is a perfect size and finally a chair that can accommodate a taller person. I'm 5'11" and when I sit back in the chair my feet do not touch the floor. Amazing! It was extremely easy to assemble. Assembly took about 10 minutes. I think it took longer to remove the chair from the box. Delivery team was AMAZING! One of the main reasons I decided on this chair was because of the delivery options to bring it inside my home. The Wayfair professional delivery company was on time, professional, and friendly. What I did not Like: I believe the handle mechanism that reclines the chair, the tension may be too tight on my recliner. As I started to pull the handle to recline the chair, it sprung back quickly and the top part of the chair went back and my legs and feet actually flew in the air. Not good. When I tried to sit back up, it took 2 people to pull the lever so I could sit back up. I was going to return the chair but because it is SO comfortable, I decided to test it for a week to see if the handle's tension would relax. It did. I've had this recliner for almost a month and after reclining the chair about 5 to 6 more times, the lever tension relaxed a little. It still takes too much effort to pull the handle to sit back up after it has been reclined, but it is getting better every day. Overall, I love the comfort, size, and how relaxing it is when the chair is reclined. I believe my chair's manual handle mechanism was just whined too tight. I would recommend because of the price, comfort, size, delivery, and easy assembly!
