I like the look of it but…it was very complicated to get delivered because a different company delivers it they couldn’t give me a time when I could be home. Then the man who was supposed to to put it together called me 2times to change date time. I said no as I had plans. He wanted to come earlier in AM I said no. He came early anyway when I was busy with a friend . He was in my home for a short period of time seemed quiet quick. The phone jack on couch did not function. Then 2 pieces separated . The leg rest on right side didn’t come up straight. So they had to send someone else who fixed it. The right side doesn’t come up on leg rest equally.

The good The fabric is soft,and lots of compliments on the style of it. The not so good The arm inside construction material isnt sturdy and package wasnt boxedpadded so it seems it was damaged during shipping. It feels like areas of the wood is crackedbroken in some areas inside and leads us to concered for long term durability. For the cost, I expected better product.

Very happy with the couchdouble recliner. While I wasnt thrilled with the fabric when shopping, Im glad I proceeded. My preference would have been for a more traditional fabric. It is comfortable. It is definitely firm, which I prefer. I find it to be very comfortable after a few test naps. It does have The recining mechanism works smoothly. It allows almost a full recline. The couch was delivered a day early and left outside my door in my condo. I did get the 100 boxes inside. But, at 71, it would have been nice to miss that experience. The installer, on the other hand, exceeded my expectations. Polite, friendly, fast, he took care of all the box trash. I am pleased with experience. Ill shop at Wayfair again.
