Huge gap around the edge of the mattress and the drawer isn't on a rail, it just slides on the floor to open and close.

I am sorry to say that I'm very disappointed. I'd like my money back. The bamboo slats do not support a 350 lb man. I had checked the weight limit (my husband is about 350 lbs - I believe it said 500) The first night he turned over, the center "supports" under the bed flipped over. He's now sleeping on the mattress on the floor until he can build his own better supports under the bed. He will probably also have to put a sheet of plywood over the frame (at a cost of maybe $150)-whatever we can do to make it stable. It looks nice, but not working at present!

Pretty cheap slats, broke one by one over a couple of years. This would be an ok bed if it were in a rarely used guest room but not in an active kids' room. Have had bed 3 years and replaced slats once and now have metal frame holding it up.

This was okay. Not so easy to open on carpet. It was good for my son. Simple design and easy to put together but I wouldn’t put it in a more adult space, but that is just me.
