I received one box on June 12, 2025.  The box had a corner of the box that was damp and damaged.  Nothing inside was damaged.  We received the second box two days later, June 14, 2025.  Communication was good with Wayfair.  Once we got the first box, they let us know that the second box would come in two days later.   Everything was packaged very efficiently.  The directions were not great.  Parts were not labeled.  There was a lot of guessing but my husband has put a lot of things together, so he’s used to directions that aren’t great.  It took about an hour to put together.  One of the wheels had two missing screws and was bent a little – easily bent back and found two of our own little screws.  The chair fits in my space nicely and folds out easily.  I think the grandkids will get some use out of this chair.  I bought it mainly for an extra sleeping space.  It is a little stiff but no big deal.  The cup holders are a bonus!  I would buy this chair again!

I received my pull out convertible sleeper futon sofa the other day and it is a nice chair. The tan upholstery is made of a sturdy fabric. The only thing I don’t like is that it is a very firm and stiff cushioned chair and I like a more cushiony feel.

Great versatile piece. It works really well in a teens room for extra sleep space. The cushions are firm but I’m hoping that will help with durability over time. The function to pull it out is very smooth and easy.

This is going to be a great chair for my niece who is a gamer ! Cup holders for her sodas and snacks and the dark upholstery to help hide the stains . Can fold out to a chase lounger to be more comfortable, and when she has a sleepover with one of her friends it converts to a single sleeper easily. Assembly was a piece of cake and took about 30 minutes. It sits a little on the firm side, but should help keep it shape for a while.

Ok let me say this sofa bed chair is very well made I put it together by myself ( imma girl) it gave me a hard time probably better with two people but that said I’m happy with it I laid down on it very firm but large enough I’m 5”7 I would recommend if you need extra sleeping arrangements for guest.
