The box arrived ripped and clearly taped up several times, as this had been returned (at least once before-maybe more). One of the drawer’s rail glides was removed and the fit was off centered, so that we had to adjust for that when reinstalling. Both my husband and I got slivers from the wood and he bled from a faulty nail. One of the drawers doesn’t close perfectly and we have to slide it slightly to the left when closing. Unassembling and re-packing for a return was out of the question as it took quite a while to just put it together. Keep your $5.00 bonus credit; we won’t be buying from Wayfair again, this was our first and last purchase.

This kitchen cart took me three different days to keep coming back to finish assembling. It was the most aggravating assembly project! I put together a lot of Wayfair pieces, so I am familiar with parts and hardware, but these directions needed a lot of improvement. First of all, all the hardware was thrown into one bag unlabeled. I carefully sorted through them and grouped them in my picture below. You had to guess what there were by using a chart on page one of the directions. Ok, I got through that debacle. Directions have no words and are not very clear, so you have to guess if pieces go face up or down, left or right; very annoying. One of my pieces faced the wrong way after I was almost finished. I had to take it apart and redu. I could never get the top piece screwed in fully. Two holes did not line up for me. It seemed ok to leave. One corner was mashed in when I unwrapped it, but I could live with it compared to the trouble of repacking it and sending it back. The aluminum side bar was clearly not even, photo five below. I still managed to get the screws in and make it look good. All of the wood is solid bamboo with a lovely pattern. I had no problem with the drawers, and they went in just fine. I like the four little casters for rolling. I do think they could make this a lot easier to assemble, and have more quality control on pieces lining up and being symmetrical. After it was done, everyone seemed to love it, especially the bamboo. Thanks Wayfair!

Package arrived damaged and was a little concerned if everything would be ok. Assembling took a couple hours and diagrams were pretty straight forward. One note on that was the screws were not labeled - everything was just loose in a bag. Was able to figure it out based on pictures. It is very sturdy and great quality! Did have a couple of scratches as seen in picture. Love it regardless of the small scratches!

Came pretty beat up and they are sending "replacement parts". Since half the parts were damaged not sure if they are sending a whole new unit or actually pieces but will update the review after I get them.
